JUDGMENT
This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 11.09.1995 in O.S.No.24 of 1991 on the file of Additional Subordinate Judge, Tenali.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 29.12.2016 and hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.

In view of the above submission, the appeal is disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. The award shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.
