This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the conditions incorporated by the 1st respondent in a tender notice. 2.

The tender notice impugned pertains to the year 2013 for the work to be executed within 36 months. No interim order has been passed by this Court so far.

In the above circumstances, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 4.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
