The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents 3 to 5 in calling the petitioners to the police station and threatening them that they shall not do any activity in their plots of land and that they shall not enter into their plots situated at Velikatta Village, Thorrur Mandal, Mahabubabad District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of the written instructions, dated 22.11.2019, while denying the allegations made in the writ petition, submits that it is the petitioners who gave a complaint to the 4th respondent, on 01.11.2019, stating that one Ramachander Rao encroached into the land, in Survey No.167, purchased by them. It is based on the complaint made by the petitioners, the 4th respondent made a GD entry and for the purpose of enquiry, the petitioners were called to the police station. Apart from conducting enquiry into the complaint made by the petitioners, it is stated that the respondent police never threatened the petitioners not to do any activity in their land. A copy of the written instructions along with a copy of the complaint made by the petitioners is taken on record. 4.
In the light of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of the official respondents, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
