Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the vehicle in the present crime was already released on 28.10.2014 by the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Parkal, Warangal District, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.
