This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not providing police protection to the petitioner's lands for formation of Fish Tank in an extent of Ac.23.13 cents in R.S.No.500/1, 2, 3A, 3B, 3C, 501/1, 2, 502/1, 2 and 506/6B and in an extent of Ac.1.80 cents in R.S.No.503/1, totally admesuring Ac.24.93 cents of Elurupadu revenue village, Kalla Mandal, West Godavari district.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in W.P.No.37056 of 2015, vide order dated 16.11.2015, and this matter is squarely covered by the said order. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 16.11.2015 in W.P.No.37056 of 2015. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
