Sale Deed, dated 07-09-2020, Doc.No.8167/2020 and despite of repeated Representations dated 12-03-2021 and 05-04-202'1 , as arbitrary, unco nstitutional, violation of principles of natural justice and infringement of fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 300A of the Constitution, b. Heard the leamed counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents' With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage' 2.
The main grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that respondent No. 4 is not expediting the consideration of the online application vide reference No. 2100036240, dated 29.01 .2021 filed for mutation in the revenue records and for issuance of e-Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the subject land, situated at Lingasanipally Village, Kalwakurthy Mandal, Nagarkurnool District.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, has stated that the respondent authorities will consider the application of the petitioner and pass necessary orders thereon, in accordance with law. 4.
In view of the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the online application of the petitioner vide reference No. 2100036240, dated 29.01 '2021, and pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, duly putting all the interested parties on notice and considering the objections, if any.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
