This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction on the part of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Alampur, in disposing of I.A.No.145 of 2018 in O.S.No.8 of 2018.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition.

Permission is granted.
