The counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief against the respondents, who according to him are attempting to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of petitioner of extent Ac.0.81 cents in Sy.No.699/2 of Tandur Village and Mandal, Adilabad District.

Granting liberty as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 3.
