The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that despite supply of ten (10) nos. of Tricycles as per the orders of the Corporation, the Respondent Corporation authorities are not settling the dues. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on 27.3.2017, the petitioner approached the 3rd respondent by way of representation and a copy of the same was submitted to 4th respondent, requesting for payment of the amounts, but no action has been taken so far.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents.

Since the issue is pending consideration before the Respondents 3 and 4, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Respondents 3 and 4 to verify representation dated 27.3.2017 said to have been made by the petitioner and take appropriate action, as per law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
