Heard the learned counsel for petitioners in W.P.No.32550 of 2017 and learned Government Pleader for Assignment for respondents therein and for respondent in Suo Motu C.C.No.2516 of 2017. 2.

It is stated by learned counsel on both sides that the Tahsildar, Roluguntla Mandal had put his digital signature in the web-land adangal in relation to lands claimed by petitioners. Copy of form-1B ROR has been filed by the learned Government pleader for Assignment in support of the said plea, which is not disputed by learned counsel for petitioners.

In this view of the matter, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication and both the Writ Petition and the Suo-Motu Contempt Case are accordingly closed. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
