ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in issuing proceedings under section 636 of the HMC Act vide notice No.
232/TPs/CX/CZ/GHMC/2015-16 dated 21.01.2016 in pursuance of the proceedings of respondent No.2 in Letter No.64782/11/09/2014/HO/09, 06.01.2016, and in pursuance of show cause notice
No.232 /TPs/CX/CZ/GHMC/2015-16, dated 12.01.2016, to demolish the building of the petitioner in Plot Nos. l to 4, 6A, 6B, 7 to 13 at Pr.No. 8-2-470 in Survey Nos.116/2, part of 116/2 and 116/3, Block-2, Ward No.8 situated at Road Nos.1 and 3 junction, Nagarjuna Circle, Banjara Hills, as illegal and arbitrary and set aside the same as and consequently, direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to interfere with the construction of the petitioner proceeding as per the revised building plans in respect of the property of the petitioner in Plot Nos. 1 to 4, 6A, 6B, 7 to 13 at Pr.No. 8-2-470 in Survey No. 116/2, part of 116/2 &116/3, Block-2, Ward No. 8 situated at Road Nos.1 and 3 junction, Nagarjuna Circle, Banjara Hills."
At the hearing, Ms. A.Divya, learned counsel representing Ms. G.Jyothi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that in Writ Petition No.1847 of 2016, filed by the petitioner, this Court by order, dated 22.01.2016, has protected the interests of the petitioner till the revision filed by it before respondent No.1 is disposed of.
In view of this fact, the cause in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.2491 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
