HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.22511 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 to 4 in dispossessing the petitioners from their land to an extent of Ac.6-32 cents in Sy.No.163/2 and Ac.1-85 cents in Sy.No.166/2 situated in B.Velamkota Village, Rampachodavaram Mandal, East Godavari District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions given by the 3rd respondent and submits that respondents 1 to 4 are not interfering with the possession of the petitioners in respect of the subject land and he submits that if respondent No.5 interferes into the possession of petitioners, they can agitate against him. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. However, if the petitioners have any dispute with respondent No.5, it is open for them to avail remedies available to them.
