HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 24535 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and the petitioner is challenging the orders passed by the Industrial Tribunalcum-Labour Court, Godavarikhani, Karimnagar District, wherein no relief was granted to the petitioner and the petitioner was challenged the orders before the Labour Court.

This court, having considered the said submission of the considered view that the petitioner is seeking reinstatement into service and the relief sought for at this point of time may not be feasible. However, this writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to extend the service benefits to the petitioner for the service rendered prior to his removal, if not already paid be paid within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
