HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.22538 of 2018

ORDER

Challenging the action of the respondents in not issuing tender forms to the petitioner on the ground that he fell in arrears in respect of EPF amount, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has cleared all the dues in respect of EPF amount.

A perusal of the material goes to show that the tender notification which was issued has become final without allowing the petitioner to participate in the auction. Therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is permitted to participate in the future tenders, if he is otherwise eligible, in accordance with law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
