Heard Sri P.V.L. Bhanu Prakash learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.5 and 6 and Sri V.V. Anil Kumar learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4. With the consent of respective parties this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The petitioners filed this writ petition seeking transfer of suit i.e., O.S.No.42 of 2022 filed by the respondent No.4 on the file of respondent No.2 to any other Competent Court established under the provisions of the Telangana (Scheduled Area) Land Transfer Regulations, 1959 herein, by making certain allegations against the respondent No.3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that the allegations made by the petitioners are not correct.

4. Without going into the merits of the case, the suit filed by the respondent No.4 in O.S.No.42 of 2022 on the file of

respondent No.2 be transferred to the Court of "Collector cum Agent to Government Mahaboobabad". The Collector cum Agent to Government, Mahaboobabad is directed to issue notices to the parties concerned and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
