Rao Vaishnavi Reddy v. The State Of Telangana.,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI Writ Petition Nos.29407 and 29564 of 2017 Common Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The petitioners came up with these writ petitions seeking admission to medical courses. While one of the petitioners sought admission to BDS course in the third round of counselling, the other petitioner sought admission to MBBS course in Category-B. But by the time the petitioner seeking admission to MBBS course got an interim order, the admissions were already over. Insofar as the second petitioner is concerned, no mop-up counselling was held. Therefore, nothing survives in these writ petitions. Hence, they are closed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed. No costs.
