This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant aggrieved by the order dated 02.08.2019 passed in I.A.No.664 of 2018 in O.S.No.34 of 2017 by the learned III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Secunderabad, wherein the Court below partly allowed the application filed by the plaintiff.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record.

Having submitted elaborately, learned counsel for the revision petitioner would pray that substantial time may be granted to comply with the impugned order dated 02.08.2019 passed in I.A.No.664 of 2018 in O.S.No.34 of 2017 by the learned III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Secunderabad.

The dispute between the parties in O.S.No.34 of 2017 is required to be adjudicated finally by the trial Court. Granting three weeks time from today to the petitioner/ defendant to comply with the impugned order dated 02.08.2019 passed in I.A.No.664 of 2018 in O.S.No.34 of 2017 by the learned III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Secunderabad, would not cause any prejudice to the respondent/ plaintiff.

Under these circumstances, three weeks time from today is granted to the revision petitioner, to comply with the impugned order dated 02.08.2019 passed in I.A.No.664 of 2018 in O.S.No.34 of 2017

by the learned III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Secunderabad, failing which, the consequences enumerated in the impugned order would follow.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
