Heard counsel for the petitioners and Sri N.Siva Reddy, Standing Counsel for respondents.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that earlier petitioner had filed W.P.No.17692 of 2018 but wrongly showing the addresses of the respondents as residents of Krishna District.

Counsel for petitioner states that now the correct addresses have been shown and the earlier order passed in W.P.No.17692 of 2018 be reiterated in this Writ Petition. This is not objected to by the Standing Counsel for respondents.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents in respect of power supply, which was disconnected in respect of one particular meter, and seek restoration of power supply even in respect of second meter also. On such representation being made, the respondents would consider and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
