THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24629 of 2017 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that despite issuing legal notice, dated 16.06.2017, no action has been taken by the respondent Municipality against the alleged illegal construction made by respondent No.4.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 3. Since the only grievance of the petitioner is inaction on the part of the official respondents in considering his legal notice, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent municipality to take appropriate action on the legal notice, dated 16.06.2017, said to have been issued by the petitioner in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J Date: 31.07.2017 ES
