O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in not taking appropriate action as per G.H.M.C. Act & Rules against the 4th respondent for the unauthorised construction made by him at the house bearing D.No.23-5-513, Lal Darwaza, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the official respondents to demolish the said building. The case of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent is making unauthorised construction. Against the same, he made a complaint on 30.01.2015 to the 3rd respondent, but no action has been taken by the respondent officials. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri C.Damodar Reddy takes notice for respondents.

In the affidavit, it is no where stated in what way the petitioner is affected by the alleged constructions made by the 4th respondent and on what basis he instituted this writ petition. In view of the same, petitioner has no locus standi to maintain the writ petition. Hence, writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
