HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.14847 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners/A.4 and A.5. Perused the docket orders dated 07.10.2014 and 13.11.2014 of learned VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Warangal whereunder NBWs were issued against A.4 and A.5. It is seen that during the crime stage by virtue of order of this Court in Crl.P.No.6942 of 2011 dated 24.07.2014, petitioners/A.4 and A.5 were directed not to be arrested till filing of the final report. After filing charge-sheet and during the committal stage, learned Magistrate, having found A.4 and A.5 did not obtain any kind of bail, issued NBWs against them. Learned counsel for petitioners/A.4 and A.5 prayed that NBWs issued against petitioners/A.4 and A.5 may be ordered to be recalled to enable them to defend their case. Having regard to his submission, the petitioners/A.4 and A.

5 are directed to appear before the VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Warangal on or before 21.05.2015 and on their appearance, learned Magistrate shall recall the NBWs issued against them. Further, the petitioners/A.4 and A.5 are ordered to be on bail during trial, on each of them executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
