This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to take necessary action pursuant to the registration of crime No.155 of 2016.

A counter affidavit is filed by the third respondent stating that the matter was investigated and after giving notice to the petitioners on 16.01.2017, a final report was filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Adilabad, to consider the case as civil in nature. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
