Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these petitions, in view of the stay granted in W.P.No.2924 of 2016, along with liberty to renew the request at an appropriate time. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, these criminal petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
