Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of admission this Court passed interim orders on 24.03.2011 in WPMP No.42116 of 2010 directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Assistant Depot Clerk/controller in the existing vacancies of A.P.S.R.T.C, Kodada Depot, Nalgonda Region, while disposing of the representation dated 23.09.2010 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Ravi Babu, learned counsel for the respondent Corporation. It is to be noted that the interim relief granted in the miscellaneous petition i.e., WPMP No.42116 of 2010 and the prayer in the writ petition is one and the same. In view of the interim order dated 24.03.2011, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
