This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed seeking by the petitioner-accused to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.247 qf 20 13 on the file of IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Ciass at Warangal, registered for the offence 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. 'l 88.1 .

None appears for the petitioner-accused. The criminal petition was filed in the year 2076. No interim orders were passed. The several questions of fact are raised in the ground of petition filed. The stage in the trail Court is not known. I do not find any reason to keeping the Criminal petition is pending. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non pro secution Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
