Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 on the petitioner's application in Form-6A, dated 25.06.2016 submitted for granting pattadar pass book and title deed for agricultural landed property to the land admeasuring different extents covered by Survey Nos.309/ 1A, 289/ 1A, 319, 375/ 2A and 369/ 11 of Sameerapalem Revenue Village in Voletivaripalem Mandal of Prakasam District, as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounts to non discharge of legal obligation conferred on respondent No.3 under the provisions of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act and rules framed therunder and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though an application was made on 25.06.2016 seeking issuance of pattadar

pass books and title deeds, till date the authorities have not considered the same. Learned Government Pleader submits that the application made by the petitioner was not through Mee Seva, but through post and hence the said application was not considered.

Having regard to the above, the petitioner is directed to make fresh application in Form-6A, in which event, the same shall be dealt with, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of making such application.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
