- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.22519 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard.

The services of the petitioner are removed by order dated 12.12.2017 by the Depot Manager, Shadnagar Depot, Ranga Reddy District. Aggrieved thereby, the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the Divisional Manager, Mahabubnagar Division, Mahabubnagar District, was rejected on 10.05.2018. Aggrieved thereby petitioner claimed to have filed revision on 17.05.2018. Alleging inaction on the revision filed, this writ petition is filed. As the revision was preferred only on 17.05.2018, it cannot be said that there is inordinate delay in considering the revision warranting interference by this Court. Thus, no positive direction fixing the time limit can be made at this stage. However, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the authority concerned to examine the claim of the petitioner and to take expeditious decision by assigning due reasons in support of the same. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
