HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.44548 OF 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is attempting to lay C.C. Road on the Plot claimed by petitioner bearing No.38/ 232-5-6-6 (Plot No.7), Ramanjineyapuram, Chinnachowk, Kadapa without recourse to law, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The petitioner on 25.06.2016 filed representation before the 2nd respondent. On 21.12.2016, at request of 2nd respondent, the writ petition was adjourned to today.

Learned standing counsel submits that the representation is still subsisting and the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders in accordance with law. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is disposed of. The 2nd respondent is directed to examine the grievance of petitioner in representation dated 25.06.2016 and take decision within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
