The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent No.4 in not registering a case pursuant to the complaint, dated 12.11.2019, made by the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 21.11.2019, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 12.11.2019, a General Diary entry was made and on enquiry, since it is disclosed that the matter is civil in nature, a notice was sent to the petitioner on 15.11.2019 through registered post, vide RN158779812IN, informing the same to the petitioner. The written instructions along with a copy of the said notice is placed on record of this Court.

In view of the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader based on the written instructions and since a notice has already been issued to the petitioner, it is open for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 5.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
