HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

The writ petition is filed on the allegation that the respondent authorities are threatening to demolish the compound wall on the eastern side of SBR Pride Commercial Building, situated in Survey No.125, Hydernagar Village, Kukatpally Municipality, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, belonging to the petitioner and intending to take possession of the eastern portion of the building to an extent of 30 feet.

2. The defence of the respondents was that in view of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.10806 of 2009, the said steps were taken.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently, the petitioner challenged the said order in W.A.Nos.709, 707 and 708 of 2015 as well as W.A.(SR).Nos.106221, 29346 and 105289 of 2015. The Division Bench of this Court, by order, dated 16.07.2015, set aside the order of the learned Single Judge, dated 22.12.2014, in W.P.No.10806 of 2009 and remitted the writ petition for consideration afresh. Having regard to the same, the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
