The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication and that, therefore, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
