I.A.NO.2 OF 2025 (FOR BEING MENTIONED) This interlocutory application is filed by the petitioner-A.1 praying this Court to correct the error crept in para 6(i) of the order dated 28.08.2025 in Crl.P.No.10410 of 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this court granted bail by order dated 28.08.2025 in the above criminal petition and directed that petitioner be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned XIII Additional District and Sessions Court, Ranga Reddy District. However, the name of the court is wrongly shown in the bail petition.

As such, prayed to correct the Court name in the order dated 28.08.2025.

Having being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and the submissions made, this application is allowed. In view thereof, para 6 (i) of the order dated 28.08.2025 is replaced with "The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of XIII

Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajender Nagar Court, Ranga Reddy District."

The Registry is directed to issue an amended copy of the order forthwith.
