THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22537 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner, by way of caveat has already lodged protest against proposed action of respondents in issuing pattadar passbook/title deed in favour of 5th respondent. In either case, namely, whether the objections are considered or not considered, but before issuing the pattadar passbook/title deed, the remedy of petitioner against such issue of pattadar passbook/title deed is to work out before the appellate authority against commission or omission by respondent No.4 By granting liberty to work out the remedies in accordance with law, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
