HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO AS MP No.2640 of 2015 & A.S.No.109 of 1998 JUDGMENT:

Heard the learned counsel on either side. Both parties filed AS MP No.2640 of 2015 stating that they have compromised the matter outside the court and pray to record the same and decree the suit in terms of the memorandum of compromise.

2. All the parties to the compromise are present. Terms of the compromise are read over and explained to them. They agreed for the terms of compromise. Hence, AS MP No.2640 of 2015 is allowed.

3. In the circumstances, the suit is decreed in part in terms of the compromise and the appeal is accordingly disposed of, without any order as to the costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this appeal, shall stand closed.
