This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ plaintiffs, requesting to direct the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Huzurabad, to dispose of pending Interlocutory Applications in O.S.No.171 of 2015, expeditiously.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ plaintiffs and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioners/ plaintiffs filed Interlocutory Applications vide I.A.No.166 of 2015 under Order VII Rule 14(3) of CPC, I.A.No.642 of 2015 under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC, I.A.No.254 of 2018 under Section 340CrPC, I.A.No.488 of 2018 under Order VII Rule 14(3) read with Section 151 CPC, I.A.No.489 of 2018 under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act and I.A.No.713 of 2018 Under Order XXII, Rule 3 CPC, before the Court below. Though the said applications were filed in the years 2015 and 2018, they are not yet disposed of by the Court below and simply adjourned from time to time.

4. Since the aforesaid Interlocutory Applications were filed in the years 2015 and 2018, they are supposed to be disposed of by this time. It appears that the Court below is not expeditious in dealing with the said Interlocutory Applications.

Therefore, the Court below is directed to dispose of the Interlocutory Applications vide I.A.No.166 of 2015 under Order VII Rule 14(3) of CPC, I.A.No.642 of 2015 under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC, I.A.No.254 of 2018 under Section 340CrPC, I.A.No.488 of 2018 under Order VII Rule 14(3) read with Section 151 CPC, I.A.No.489 of 2018 under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act and I.A.No.713 of 2018 Under Order XXII, Rule 3 CPC, within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand dismissed.
