LK,J I.A.No.1 of 2021 This petition is filed seeking to extend one week time to the petitioner/A1 to furnish sureties as directed by this Court by order dated 10.12.2021 in Crl.P.No.8752 of 2021, in connection with Cr.No.33 of 2021 of Hussainialam Police Station, Hyderabad.

Learned Senior Counsel Sri P. Nageswar Rao, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that this Court, by order dated 10.12.2021 in Crl.P.No.8752 of 2021 has granted pre-arrest bail to the petitioner/A1 and directed that he shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer concerned. Learned senior counsel submits that immediately after the orders were passed, the wife of petitioner fell ill and she was hospitalized for some time and he also filed a medical report in support of the same. Learned senior counsel submits that the petitioner is working as a Driver and as he could not secure the bail bonds within the stipulated time, he could not surrender before the police, and now, he has procured the surety amount. Learned senior counsel further submits that this application was filed on 30.12.2021 and as the vacation intervened, the matter is posted today before this Court. Learned senior counsel also submits that as it is a bonafide request of the petitioner, the same may be considered.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned senior counsel for the petitioner, one week time from today is granted to petitioner/A1 to furnish sureties as directed by this Court by order dated 10.12.2021 in
