ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in proposing to conduct auction for leasing out the land belonging to the 2nd respondent to an extent of Ac.1.06 cents in R.S.No.596/4 of K.Kothapalem Village, Mopidevi Mandal, Krishna District, vide auction notice dated 26.04.2010, as arbitrary and illegal. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the auction was already conducted and the lease period was also expired. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedies as available to him as and when fresh cause of action arises. No costs.
