This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.2 in granting house construction permission in respect of land to an extent of Ac.186.00 guntas in Sy.No.376 to 385, 392 to 406, situated at Pasmamla Village, Abdullahpurmet Mandal, R.R.District, which is a disputed land in civil suit in OS.No.802 of 2019.

Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits that petitioner is seeking a blanket order declaring the action of 2nd respondent in granting house construction permission in respect of land to an extent of Ac.186.00, without any basis and that the petitioner has also filed OS.No.802 of 2019 and the same is pending on the file of the District Judge, R.R.District at L.B.Nagar.

Petitioner has not filed what are the permissions granted and in whose favour permissions are granted. Writ affidavit is as vague as can be.

In view of the same no relief can be granted in this writ petition. However, it is open for the petitioner to work out his other remedies, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
