Mr.Harinath, learned counsel holding for Mr.Ch.Ravindra Babu, Advocate on record for the petitioner, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to apply for refund of infrastructure fee paid by them.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner makes any application for refund of infrastructure fee, the concerned authority shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
