THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2417 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging inaction on the part of the respondent in complying with the order, dated 06.06.2016, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.17469 of 2016. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner. On 29.12.2017, a counter-affidavit is filed by the respondent enclosing thereto a letter, dated 20.01.2017, addressed by the petitioner to the respondent.

In the said letter, the petitioner clearly sets out that the internal disputes have been settled and a new committee has been formed to attend the developmental programmes. In the light of the above, this Contempt Case is closed. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 5th JANUARY, 2018.
