HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.19830 of 2008 ORDER:

Sri G.Arun Kumar, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner died in the year 2012 and that time be granted to bring legal representatives of the deceased on record. As the petitioner is said to have passed away in the year 2012, nearly five years ago, I see no reason to now permit the petitioner to bring the legal representatives on record.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as abated. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
