HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.25793 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed assailing the action of the respondents in not taking action on the complaints/representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2019 & 24.07.2019 made against unauthorized construction being carried out by the 4th respondent over the subject land. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3 submits that the writ petition can be closed since already notices under Section 452 and 461(1) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 was issued to the 4th respondent on 18.06.2019.

Recording the submission of both the learned counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
