THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1635 of 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of judgment dated 22.07.2019 rendered by this Court in Second Appeal No. 207 of 2019.

By the aforesaid judgment, this Court while disposing of the Second Appeal directed the respondent herein to vacate the suit schedule property on or before 30.10.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as of date, the respondent had vacated the subject premises without intimation to the petitioner. He also submits that the respondent had taken away certain furniture and fixtures, as such, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the Station House Officer, Musheerabad Police Station.

In the light of the above, this Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to workout the remedies with respect to the alleged criminal acts of the respondent and for recovery of arrears.
