THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19448 of 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that he has already returned the file to the petitioner in the year 2015 itself. Therefore, he has no instructions from the petitioner. 2.

Though the petitioner has taken away the bundle from his counsel, the office file would not reveal that the petitioner has engaged the services of any other counsel, since no other counsel entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner by filing Vakalath. 3.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
