HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.22610 of 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide the present writ petition, petitioner has challenged order dated 08.06.2018 passed in O.A.No.1083 of 2018 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby notice has been issued to the respondents returnable in six weeks.

In view of the above, we find no grounds to interfere, however, since the petitioner is retiring by the end of July, 2018, respondents are directed to dispose of his representation, received by them on 22.02.2018, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently O.A.No.1083 of 2018 also stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition stand closed.
