THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA Writ Petition No.11299 of 2010 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The validity of the Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation (Amendment) Act 11 of 2010 (for short "Act 11 of 2010") is under challenge in this writ petition.

As the constitutional validity of Act 11 of 2010 has already been upheld by a Division Bench of this Court in Khader Basha and others vs. Regional Transport Officer, Chittoor1, we see no reason now to reexamine its validity in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition fails and is, accordingly, dismissed.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
