This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused to quash the proceedings against him in Cr.No.238 of 2021 on the file of Nalgonda I Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 272 and 273 IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State submitted that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2018 of this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 27.08.2018 in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.
