HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.25811 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the 5th respondent in not registering the crime in pursuance of petitioner's complaint dated 22.08.2019 and for taking appropriate legal action thereof, as being illegal, arbitrary and vioaltive of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions dated 26.11.2019 submits that the petitioner gave a complaint to the 5th respondent herein on 22.08.2019. On receipt of the said complaint, a G.D. entry was made and during enquiry revealed that the matter is purely civil in nature. As such, the authorities have issued notice to the petitioner on 22.11.2019 informing the same and advised the petitioner to approach the concerned court. The said communication has been duly received by the petitioner.

In view of the notice dated 22.11.2019 whereby the petitioner has been informed by the 5th respondent as to the result of the complaint made by him, it is open for the

petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law against the said communication, if he is aggrieved. Having regard to the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, no further orders need be passed in this matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
