The mere appointment of a commissioner and report of the Commissioner received, no way takes away, the consideration of the essentiality or not of the commissioner report, in conducting trial of the matter in arriving truth on the lis, though otherwise the commissioner report subject to objections, if any, is form part of the Court record. Accordingly, and with those observations, the revision is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
