THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.11315 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not considering representation submitted by the Petitioners dt.11.3.2016 for appointment of Supervisors Post from the post of Mandal Coordinator in Adult Education Department as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to dispose of the representation filed by the Petitioners dated 11.3.2016 for appointment to Supervisors Post in Adult Education Department and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

2. Heard Sri S.Harinath Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Education, appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, petitioners herein submitted a representation dated 11.03.2016 to the 2nd respondent herein and no orders have been passed on the said representation so far and a copy of the same is also placed on record. It is further requested by the learned counsel that necessary direction may be issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe.

4. Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any

opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioners, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 11.03.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
